Plotting, convert, email and / or updating of ENOVIA SmarTeam data

straitBatch adds batch processing functionality to the straitPortal platform. Specific (time-consuming) tasks, which can be performed by straitBatch are:

• Printing and / or plotting of multiple documents and drawings;
• Converting documents to a neutral format (pdf);
• Sending documents by e-mail (the original, neutral or zipped format);
• Updating the contents of files in the ENOVIA SmarTeam Vault after a change of status of the corresponding registration in ENOVIA SmarTeam. (Example: the information in the title block of a drawing (revision, status, date) is refreshed after an approval from its ENOVIA SmarTeam registration card).

straitBatch and straitPortal, a powerful combination

straitBatch can be integrated with other straitPortal modules. The possibilities are extensive. This allows e.g. PDF files to be published automatically to a SharePoint portal. Or PDF files can be used in a straitPortal Express portal.
