Once the main steps for the implementation of the new system have been made, the application can go live. To ensure an immediate effect of the operational deployment of the software, we roll out the system in a controlled way. This is the deployment phase. An important part of this phase is creating support for the chosen solution within the organisation.
Involving key users
We create the necessart support by involving key users when we need to make important decisions. These key users are the representatives of the user groups within your organisation. They will be attending the awareness sessions and trainings so that they are involved with the new system from the beginning.
The key users are also involved in drafting Use Cases, which describe steps for the current use of the application. These Use Cases are used for training and acceptance of the new application and the associated process. We only start with deployment of the application once it has been accepted.
It is essential in our deployment that we position our solution for you on a strategic, tactical and operational level. Everyone involved has to know where they stand. They need to know their benefits and what it means for the new working method. By fine-tuning this with the concerned people in your company, you can promote acceptance within your organisation.
